The Skyrack Support Help Desk tool allows you to login to raise and track issues, questions and requests in the form of a “ticket”.

- You should use the user name given to you when you subscribed to the service.
- Please ensure you quote the ticket number in any emails you respond to.
Please use the Help Desk tool to raise and track tickets for any of the following Technical Support issues:
- Service affecting incidents and problems
- Service related technical queries and technical information requests
- Change requests for your service (charges may apply)
- Feature requests for the service (charges may apply)
You should also raise a ticket to make and track the following specific requests:
- Number porting, by completing and attaching the Skyrack number porting form (single, multiple or complex)
