Check our FAQ’s for answers to commonly asked questions. These FAQ’s are designed to help you understand how the service works, how it is configured and how it is sold and supported. Specific technical service questions can be answered by logging into the Helpdesk once you have had your service activated.

Can I subscribe to just a few lines and grow as I need more?

Yes, once you have subscribed to at least one Connect line service, say Office or Office plus, you will get a login to the system which will allow you to add new users and new lines to your group.

Can I use the Connect service with my existing handsets?

If you don’t want to upgrade to new IP phones with HD capability and advanced user features, you can use your existing analogue phones using an adapter which we can provide. We can also easily support your existing Cisco, Mitel, Avaya and DECT phones.

Does Mobile-X need a special mobile phone or software?

Mobile-X works by using the Skyrack SIM in any 3G phone, but does not need any special software, operating system or mobile contract. Mobile-X works entirely independently by integrating directly between our 3G MVNO and the hosted PBX platform.

How do you work with traditional on-premise PBX systems?

We can work with many traditional on premise hardware PBX systems, by providing SIP-based services.

Do you do just SIP?

Yes, we can offer you standard vanilla SIP trunksto upgrade capacity on your existing PBX without needing more ISDN lines. But we can also give you extra PBX services on top of the SIP channel, like voicemail, group call services, and even Mobile-X integration.
