Skyrack Telecom provides a full end to end operational service making the entire order to cash process easier for you:

  • Order management – all our paperwork is based on easy to use electronic forms, which are signed and secured with your ID.
  • Provisioning – once you’re contract is in place you will be given full access to a secure web-based system where you can perform all your own adds move and changes.
  • Number porting – we can port to and from most of the major operators, and can help you with new numbers, alternate numbers and interim porting arrangements.
  • Network configuration – if you need us to provide broadband or leased line services, we can install and configure both your WAN and LAN for you.
  • Telephone installation – we can provide a complete on-desk installation service, complete with end user training.
  • Local PBX integration – if you have requirements around an existing on-premise PBX system we can integrate our services as SIP overlays. We have completed market leading interop testing with many of the main vendors.
  • CDRs and Billing – we can provide a full CDR or white-label billing service if you need it. We can even install and configure your own billing system, complete with banking integration for payment collection.
  • Support – once you are signed up you will be given access to our easy to use Helpdesk tools. These allow you to raise and track tickets, submit orders and queries, and view our support Knowledge Base.
  • Security – we can provide specialist audit and analysis services tailored for your organisation. We can even help you with compliances such as PCI DSS and ISO.
