DR Connect Features
Skyrack DR services are simple to set up for both outbound and inbound telephone lines using internet based VOIP (voice over IP) services.
All calls and phone services are routed to wherever the phone is connecting from, if this is in a temporary site while your office is unavailable, then you will automatically receive the calls at the new location. No special equipment is needed, just the ability to login via an IP phone, or via our PC-based softphone or toolbar.
- Skyrack provides simple configuration details for the DR service which are used to configure the PBX and the internet connection.
- If you have an existing PBX and phone service provider, we can deliver an alternative route for your calls should that provider fail.
- We can also re-route all your calls immediately should you be unable to get into the office.
